[ovirt-users] OVF disk errors

Thanks.  I've updated the engine to version 4.0.6 and VDSM on the host
nodes to version 4.17.35 which seems to be working well.  I know it's
not a supported configuration but it will get us by until the host
nodes can be upgraded.
