I left it as default "localhost". Like I said, I want to access via IP address. My question is, how do I do this? First time using Ovirt so I'm new to this.

This happens when you try to access the server not via the server address set when you installed your engine.

For example, you select the address foo.bar.com when you installed your engine, and you are trying to access it as https:foo/. (maybe you have an alias).

Check how the engine was configured and use the same address when you access it.
