[ovirt-users] windows 2016 drivers

Hi,

The latest version and the one that support 2016 is 4.1-5.

You can get it from here:
http://plain.resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-4.1/iso/oVirt-toolsSetup/oVirt-toolsSetup-4.1-5.fc24.iso

The issue is that it's currently missing from el7 thus the issue.
