Yep, all dirt interfaces show as 1Gb.

Not that I know of, but it doesn’t affect that available performance, it’s just visible.

I’ve gotten ~3.5Gbps out of iperf with no appreciable tuning to a VM, so it’s definitely possible to get more speed out of them.
