[ovirt-users] Various issues trying to get a new 4.1 install up and running

Took me a few other 'self inflicted' configuration issues and reloads.
Though, as soon as I added the extra Storage Domains, sure enough, the
hosted_engine domain (as well as the Hosted Engine) showed up.  Thank you!
