[ovirt-users] Ovirt 4.2 Lab on ESXi

I've had similar issue on Azure (Dv3/Ev3 hosts with nested virtualization
support) with CentOS 7.4 and oVirt 4.1.
libguestfs-test-tool wasn't working either though I was able to run a
kernel directly with qemu-kvm.
