[ovirt-users] can't migrate Windows 2012R2 VM

Hi Mathias,
I had a similar problem with Windows Server 2016 and could resolve it by
installing the latest driver for QXL found at
https://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/qxl-wddm-dod/qxl-wddm-dod-0.18/.
This should also work for Windows 2012R2.
