HA on a single host is kind of a bad labeling of options IMHO. HA-SPOF
(that makes me giggle a little).
But maybe another option simply as "Start VM when engine is ready" and an
ever more awesome setting would be the ability to # the VMs and how they
start.
This is very home use case stuff tho and I get if it's out of the scope of
4.2 usages. But it would be nice, since I run a beefy machine with 20+ VMs
on it at home. And being able to say start my puppet server before
everything else, then start the DBs before the WEB server, etc, etc.
I know this is feature request, I'll grab all the source tonight and see if
I can make a diff.
