[ovirt-users] mirrorlist not working

I installed the repo for ovirt , when i refresh i get this error ,

$ sudo dnf install
http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release41.rpm
Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'ovirt-4.1', disabling.

What's going on?
