[ovirt-users] Ovirt 4.2 Lab on ESXi

Simone, any thoughts?

Based on some old bugs, I suspect the machine type is incorrect (there's
another bug about how the HE VM simply appears as "Linux"). Using
pc-i440fx-rhel7.2.0 is reported to work
