OK, I found a specific patch for that issue:
but the patch didn't landed
in ovirt-engine-dbscripts-22.214.171.124-1.el7.centos.noarch so every 4.2.0 ->
4.2.1 upgrade will result in that issue if the cluster CPU family is not in
