[ovirt-users] New post on oVirt blog: Build oVirt Reports Using Grafana

We ship postgres 9.5 through the Software Collection. Its missing from your
path by default, so in order to run psql you need to:

su - postgres
scl enable rh-postgresql95 -- psql engine engine
