Thanks for the feedback!
To my eyes the problem looks like not already covered by bug #1401409,
please open a new bug.
Until this new bug is fixed, you can disable the usage of LLDP for each
affected interfaces on the affected host by:

/usr/sbin/lldptool set-lldp -i $iface adminStatus=disabled
