You can correlate according to /rhev/data-center/%spuuid%/%sduuid%/images/
The image id you can take from:

# lvs -o name,tags |less -S

IU, under LV Tage, is the LV's image id, fir example:

  LV                                   LV Tags

 13f5b7c1-ad93-41f3-96eb-147709640d1a
IU_3646e381-d237-4940-a02d-90bb90b1d45a,MD_5,PU_00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000
