In fact I don't really know how to change storage domains setttings (like nfs version or export path, ...), if it is only possible.
I thought they could be disabled after stopping all related VMS, and maybe settings panel would then unlock ?
But this should be impossible with hosted engine dedicated storage domain as it is required for the GUI itself.
So I am stuck.
