Are you running ovirt-engine in dev enviroment? There are some
errors related to infinispan in engine logs, not sure if this is the
cause for your error though. (refer Michael Kublin's message -

After filling up the required entried in "New Doamin" dialog for a
"Data/NFS". I hit "OK", and get error dialog - "Error while
executing action. Add Storage Connection: General Exception.

something to do with my env.
