run the next command on hosts:<br>
'virsh -r list' - for the vm's that are running on the host<br>
'virsh -r dumpxml $dom(name of the VM) | grep outbound'<br>
and check that you have the right values there for the outbound, the values in the xml are in Kilobytes.<br>
you should have there:<br>
<outbound average='256' peak='256' burst='102400'/><br>
