Steps:<br>
1. Set up forman provisoniong for ovirt<br>
2. Add a second cpu profile to cluster<br>
3. Provision a VM using foreman<br>
<br>
Result:<br>
Error: action type cpu profile empty<br>
<br>
after removing any extra CPU profiles leaving only 'Default', vm<br>
provisioning works again.<br>
