Definitively not, ovirt is a only a KVM-based hypervisor manager,
even if it is based on libvirt API as Xen is.<br>
But importing xen vms into ovirt is a child's play.<br>

... otherwise you can play with nested virtualization to get your
Xen nodes as ovirt vms :)
