I don't have experience with Gen 9 blade, but it might be the same
as Gen 9 DL3xx servers.<br>

If you can log on to the host, you can run ipmitool to find out
which user is set up.<br>

You will need ipmitool and OpenIPMI packages installed.<br>

then<br>

systemctl start ipmi<br>
or<br>
service ipmi start<br>

ipmitool user list 2<br>
<br>
Of course you can't retrieve the password, but you can check your
password using this command:<br>

ipmitool user test <user id> <password><br>
<br>
or reset the password<br>
<br>
ipmitool user set password <user id> <password><br>
<br>
You can also use ipmitool to set the ip address of ILO if you do
not wish to reboot the node and get to the ILO interface via
console.<br>
