[Wiki] oVirt_Wiki account request

BTW, is there anybody on this list who would like to step up to
Bureaucrat level on the wiki, which includes approving these account
requests?

It's important that we consider the requests, be aware that the email
account is confirmed, and look for humans trying to sneak in to deface
or convert/create spam.
