[Workshop-nov2011] update on venue, hotel

We were able to get more space at Cisco to support 80 people, so we
are no longer looking for a conference space. Yay!

I have a request for a bid for a group rate from Crowne Plaza, which
is directly across the street from Cisco. I should hear back today or
early tomorrow. I got a bid from the Hilton on Great America Parkway,
which was about $199/night. I'd like to do better than that, but
prices are up in the area.

I'll send another update as soon as I have more news.
