[Workshop-nov2011] book your hotel room

Two quick updates:

* Wireless is going to be included with your room price at the Crowne
Plaza. I confirmed this on Friday when I went to tour the hotel.

* It has been reported to me this weekend that the Crowne Plaza only
has smoking rooms left at the group rate. I am going to get this
resolved first thing on Monday and will report back here.

If the smoking room issue is blocking you from booking, please hang on
or be willing to switch your booking back to the Crowne Plaza.

It will be much easier for everyone to be in the same hotel -
especially for us organizers! I just took a drive around the area, and
the light rail option to get to/from Building O is a very good idea
that will save us a lot of hassle about making sure everyone is at the
workshop at the same time.

Thanks - Karsten
