In order to ease the label selection/stating, the label will be typed into
a combo-box which includes the already exist labels in the system. Similar
to the 'bond name' combo-box.

So after the user adds network with labelled 'GRAY', he'll be aware of it 
when he'll attempt to specify a label starts with 'GR..' which will pop
the list containing 'GRAY'.
