Seems like a good idea but I am not sure if you will be able to predict each person's desired username. For example, I use aglitke (even though my email username is agl).
Great point. (I use 'kwade' for corporate, 'quaid' for open source/external, for example.)
So let's just continue spreading this one-at-a-time.
