Hi, I'm not sure if oVirt website content is still valid, but according to http://www.ovirt.org/community/events/archives/workshop/global-workshops/ It may be possible to have a Workshop Board Meeting during a workshop. Italian oVirt Community planned the first oVirt Workshop in Italy, in Milan on February 13th 2017: https://www.eventbrite.it/e/biglietti-ovirt-41-workshop-release-party-313472...
