yes, I think we should do this. I'm going to suggest we get it rolling in a week or so. 11th of July would be good so as not to have people out, or keep it open a weeks given vacation 4th July on our next meeting.
I think it would be great to send a broad "reminder" that people can nominate individuals for the board. It should include a description of what the qualifications of a board nominee should be. I think then we should then schedule a vote for the board. I agree, it should be after the July 4th week. But I think the note could/should go out before then. Honestly, I have no background in terms of how this works in other communities so it's not at all clear to me what qualifies someone to be on the board.
