Noticed a bunch of emails come through to announce(a)ovirt.org in reply to
other messages. I'm wondering if we should direct replies directly to
users@ instead of back to announce@. This would leave announce@ a much
lower traffic list with only real announcements.

Hi,
I may be wrong, but I thought that reply-to *was* set to users for
announce - but people hitting "reply to all" reply to all the lists.
That, or I am mistaken.
