engine: Inject dependencies to FutureVdsCommand
Without injecting the dependencies, auditing an event to log would
fail with NPE when trying to obtain the AuditLogDirector.
In addition, the c'tor of VdsBrokerCommand should have taken care of
initializing the 'vds' member of it.
