Change in ovirt-engine[master]: core: Fixes for RemoveSnapshotCommand.

Change RemoveSnapshotCommand to be compatible with the new aggragate command RemoveAllCinderSnapshotDisksCommand, so in case of failure we can have a unified behaviour for all of the disks.
