restapi: Fix mapping of boot devices
The following patch (commit ce9644c) introduced a regression in the
mapping of boot devices:
restapi: Use multiple "boot.devices.device" instead of multiple
"boot"

The effect is that the boot devices returned by the API are only correct
when the VM is running.
This patch fixes that regression.
