Change in ovirt-engine[ovirt-engine-4.1]: core: Double SSH timeout for install/upgrade

Tal Nisan has submitted this change and it was merged. Change subject: core: Double SSH timeout for install/upgrade ...................................................................... core: Double SSH timeout for install/upgrade Installation/Upgrade of the host may take a lot of time without any activity on SSH connection especially on slower hardware. But we don't want to increase SSH timeout globally, because this may in some use cases increase the time to restart non-responsive HA VMs, so we will just double SSH inactivity timeout only for installation/upgrade.
