restapi: Replace CPU topology attributes with elements
Currently the CPU topology element used attributes for its properties:
<cpu>
<topology sockets="1" cores="1" threads="1"/>
...
</cpu>
This is contrary to the common practice in the RESTAPI. This patch
replaces them with inner elements:
<cpu>
<topology>
<sockets>1<sockets>
<cores>1<cores>
<threads>1<threads>
</topology>
...
</cpu>
