Change in ovirt-engine[master]: core:Remove redundant parameter class.

There is no use with updateStorage boolean flag in ProcessOvfUpdateForStoragePoolParameters therefore there is no reason to keep it as a parameter class so removing it and instead use StoragePoolParametersBase.
