Change in ovirt-engine[master]: core: dont save vdsmVm to db

core: dont save vdsmVm to db
we should not save the vdsmVm to the db, as it doesnt contain the
host-id that the vm runs on.
also, it might initialize some information that exists in the db but not received from
vdsm.
changed prepareGuestAgentNetworkDevicesForUpdate method to use the right
object (dbVm).
