core: BaseImagesCommand: Cleanup RemoveSnapshot
The RemoveSnapshot method was made up from the RemoveSnapshotFromDB and
AdditionalImageRemoveTreatment methods.
AdditionalImageRemoveTreatment was only called from
RestoreFromSnapshotCommand, so the additional logic was moved to the
overriding method there.
