Change in ovirt-engine-sdk-ruby[master]: Enable Maven release plugin "autoVersionSubmodules"

Enable Maven release plugin "autoVersionSubmodules" This patch enables the "autoVersionSubmodules" parameter of the Maven release plugin, so when doing releases it will ask only once for the next version numbers, and will automatically assign it to all the sub-modules.
