fix get_branches function in gerrit.sh file
The function returns a branch name for the passed pattern
(target milestone) if it exist.
The old command doesn't work so i've replaced it with a new one:
old command ==> git branch --list <pattern>
new command ==> git branch -a | grep -E <pattern>
