core: Update storage_server_connections SPs user name variable
Upgrade script 03_06_1640 changed the columns user_name and password in
storage_server_connections to TEXT rather than VARCHAR(50) yet the
user name var within the insert and update script remained VARCHAR(50)
making the upgrade pointless, this patch changes it
