core: AddImageFromScratch's ConcreteCreateTask
Removed the ConcreteCreateTask from the AddImageFromScratchCommand. The
code is a duplication of the same method introduced to CommandBase,
and the task type is createVolume, the same as in CreateImageCommand,
which it extends.
