Take Python SDK version 3 from the 3.6 branch This patch changes the 4.1 publisher job so that it takes the builds of version 3 of the Python SDK from the 3.6 branch instead of from the master branch (note that the SDK job that uses branch 3.6 is actually 4.1, as that is required by the new experimental repository).
