Change in ovirt-engine[master]: core: Remove space check when restoring a snapshot

Change subject: core: Remove space check when restoring a snapshot ...................................................................... core: Remove space check when restoring a snapshot When a snapshot is restored the old leaves are discarded. This is NOT a merge operation, just a remove volume call. As such, it does not require any additional storage, and these validations should be removed.
