Change subject: move basic suite to run only nightly ...................................................................... move basic suite to run only nightly Since we now have experimental flows running per commit, there is not reason to run system tests few times a day if the publisher is updated once nightly. Going forward, we'll remove these jobs, but until we remove the publishers, its a good sanity job to have extra verification on experimental.
