core: move memory related utility method to utils class
Move the mapping of storage domain type to memory volume type to
the MemoryUtils class.
1. It is the approapriate place for it to reside it as it is
a utility method which is related to memory.
2. It removes wrong dependency between the memory volume builder
for memory in live snapshots and the hiberante command.
