Change subject: restapi: Fix "current" element of V3 capabilities ...................................................................... restapi: Fix "current" element of V3 capabilities The "current" element associated to version 4.0 of the engine in the V3 capabilities resource should be "true", but it is "false", because the V3 capabilities server adds it as an attribute instead of as an element. This patch fixes that issue.
