core: fix conflicting getter definitions
For several boolean fields in RunVmParams we have both "isX" &
"getX"
getters, thus json produce: IllegalArgumentException: Conflicting
getter definitions for property.
The solution is to remove the "isX" getters which should be used only
for primitive boolean fields.
