Change in ovirt-host-deploy[master]: vdsm: packages: stop supervdsmd in addition to vdsmd

vdsm: packages: stop supervdsmd in addition to vdsmd
vdsm project introduced another independent daemon supervdsmd[1].
This daemon should be stopped explicitly during upgrade to release
vdsm resources.
No need to start supervdsmd as it will be started by vdsmd.
