Change in ovirt-release[ovirt-4.1]: packaging: spec: re-add vdsm-hook-vhostmd

Sandro Bonazzola has submitted this change and it was merged. Change subject: packaging: spec: re-add vdsm-hook-vhostmd ...................................................................... packaging: spec: re-add vdsm-hook-vhostmd for some reason it was disabled on el7 introducing a difference with fedora version. Being vhostmd available in el7 there's no reason for keeping this difference.
