Fix: Json RPC interfaces do not depend on XML interfaces
Previously json RPC interfaces imported vdsmxmlrpcInterface
which imports vdsm.vdscli.
This throws an exception in newer version of vdsm,
where the vdsm.vdscli module is removed.
