Change subject: restapi: custom parameters couldn't be updated and wasnt reported ...................................................................... restapi: custom parameters couldn't be updated and wasnt reported due to bug in removing custom parameters from VdsNetworkInterface user was unable to update custom parameters using old SetupNetworksCommand, and those custom properties wasn't reported on REST as well.
